“We have witnessed the rise of countless digital coins in the modern technological age. Many are speculative. Some are wildly successful. Most have no mission, no higher purpose.”
GoudDi™ is different. It is not just a coin — it is a necessary correction. A covenant. A civic tool forged to restore trust and rebalance how value is exchanged among Free World citizens... and nations.”

Establish Civic IdentityAbout Golda.Global — Civic Infrastructure
The Invisible Value Problem
Modern systems measure financial activity and consumption extremely well, but often fail to recognize civic contribution. Many forms of essential value remain invisible: volunteering, caregiving, mentoring, local stewardship, and community building. Golda.Global develops the civic infrastructure, protocols, and institutions necessary to resolve this problem, making civic contribution visible, verifiable, and rewardable.
Who We Are
Golda.Global is a civic infrastructure organization developing protocols and technologies — such as the GoudDi™ Civic Digital Currency and Modular Civic Ledgers — to help communities recognize, preserve, verify, and reward civic value. We operate as a for-profit civic enterprise with a clear mandate: build the digital and physical civic infrastructure of the Free World, with transparency, dignity, and accountability at every layer.
Founded from a Haitian Canadian perspective as the Groupe d'Opération Libéral d'Ayiti, GOLDA evolved into the Global Organization for Ledger Development and Accountability — the institutional custodian of the GoudDi™ Civic Digital Currency, now an officially registered trademark as of May 1st, 2026.
We build civic technology. We earn through verified public value. And we answer to the people who use the system — not to speculation, not to debt, not to political capture.
The Measurement Layer: Global Civic Value Index (GCVI)
Every economic system must answer three fundamental questions:
- What matters? We believe society must value civic contribution, local stewardship, cooperation, community resilience, and civic equilibrium.
- How is it measured? This is the role of the Global Civic Value Index (GCVI) — also called the Free World Value Index. It serves as a transparent civic measurement framework that observes real-world economic indicators and civic realities to establish a reproducible, objective foundation for value recognition.
- How is it rewarded? Verified contributions are recognized and rewarded through Civic Contracts, Civic Leaves, and GoudDi.
Important Principle: The GCVI is not controlled by Golda.Global. It relies on external realities, public indicators, observable economic conditions, and reproducible methodologies. Golda.Global observes; we do not decree reality. This ensures that the value of GoudDi is not arbitrarily declared, but informed by observable facts.
Why a Civic Currency Framework?
Values Defense Statement
“The GoudDi value framework is not speculative and it is not arbitrary. It is built on transparent smart contracts, where every unit minted is tied to a declared intent, verifiable work, or defined purpose. This removes the guesswork of hidden debt, inflationary schemes, or opaque instruments. The index I stand by is reproducible — anyone can trace its logic, recalculate its ratios, and confirm its fairness. Whether one agrees with the philosophy or not, the framework increases trust, fosters a culture of accountability, and enables safe cohabitation with AI and technology. It is a disciplined system — not a debt trap, not an unknown scheme, but a civic economy rooted in clarity, dignity, and equity.”
